Bah!!! . . . .

Anyhow, I figured I would try to remember to kick this back on.

Not that much is going on these days. I go to work . . I go to gym . . I water/work the garden . . I catch up on news . . read . . fall asleep and repeat.

But that is my life these days. Nothing exciting.

So stay tuned for more boredom to come!
Not much new going on.

Got over the flu and cold thing. That was fun. I almost forgot how much I really hate being ill.

I also got a new computer. The old one was OK . . but a few years out of date and not up to speed with today's machines.
Hmmmm . . . not much else to report.
OK .. done for now.

Sorry I haven't added anything in awhile.

Frankly I kind of lost interest . . . forgot . . was sick . .

But I figured I can add some sort of update.

So the other night, I had this dream about a tornado (actually a lot of tornadoes). I am sure that dream interpretation would show that this is a sign of a lot of changes coming to sweep away and destroy things. Although I am looking for change, I don't know that I would want sudden and sweeping changes to occur. Over the years I have become a creature of habit and find that change becomes more difficult. So although I look for a change, I would hope that it is more . . . organized. :)

OK, I am still feeling crappy . . so back to getting some rest.

Till next time!

OK, my turn to rant a weeeeeeeeeeee bit.

Some of my friends know that if for some strange reason I got to pass some laws, many people would not be very happy.

The very first law I would enact, is my law on Parenthood.

Having children should be considered a privilege, not a right.

To many people are having kids and not taken into consideration the children or the rest of the world.
So my law is, you may have one child for every full-time (aka 24/7) competent Nanny you can afford.
Now the problem of having to work and take care of a kid is solved. Now the question of who is gonna take care of the kids when you need to go out grocery (or any other) shopping is solved. So now if your kid is sick, guess what!? You don't have to bring it out into the public and share the misery! (either the screaming kid and/or it's germs). When the child ask questions you don't want to deal with . . you have a Nanny! You need time off to drink with friends? No problem! Nanny! Want to go out and eat with the spouse/partner? Nanny!

Think of how much more pleasant people could be! Parents that are rested; no screaming kids in grocery stores . . such bliss!

Now some of you are saying. . . "I would never be able to afford a Nanny!" Well I say, take it as incentive to better yourself and make some money to have a kid. (Seriously? you want to raise a kid on your fast food salary?)

Let's face it - kids are needed. But you don't need to have kids just because you can.

There is much more I want to/can say on this matter. But the whole reason I am writing this is because of some truly special mom at the grocery store.

There she was .. 4 little ones running around/blocking aisle . . two of them coughing up crap all over the place . ..

If I get sick . . I blame parents like her!Sunny and warm (still) 50°F

Sorry .. bad skit there!

Not much really to chat about today. It was just a day of doing very little. Took care of my hair . . . went shopping for extra memory for my Nook . . . washed and waxed my vehicle. Fun!

So, yeah.

I guess that is all.

Oh, and I went to the gym for a whole 30 minutes!! Woot Woot!

A moderate earthquake will shake the New York area sometime by mid March. It will be in the 4.7 to 5.8 range.

Another day

So I had my first full day back at the office since the holidays began. It was both tiresome and nice.

I guess I am a person who enjoys structure.

Not much else going on.

News is pretty quiet. Mainly focusing on the Republican candidates getting ready for the Iowa caucus. I don't really have much faith in any of the top runners right now. I suppose if I had to vote Republican, out of the top candidates, I would have to go Ron Paul. Though I still find Huntsman the better of all.

Oh, and since the year has changed over . . I guess I will add a few predictions for the year . . and a couple of resolutions.

Prediction: This year will see an increase in volcanic activity. Several volcanoes will erupt near populated areas require large evacuations.

Resolution: Loose weight! 5 pounds a month is my goal.Sunny and nice (still relatively warm for this time of year - 50°F)
324#

We are having a really dry period in regards to snow. Driest December on record, and January is not looking so good right now.
I blame myself for this. I was really concerned about having to shovel snow this year. And for that reason sent it out to the universe .. "no heavy snow". So now I am gonna experiment to see if I can effect my universe and start asking for snow. The forecast as of this day shows nothing significant for the next 2 weeks. Let see what happens now that I have begun to ask for snow.
